To give you all the tools you'll need to be a successful home seller, we want to get you a copy of our book "How to Sell Your Own Home" guide. This is your "Instruction Manual" with 30+ years of knowledge and experience. We feel that every seller should have this as early as possible in the selling process, so we provide it here.
The digital copy of the book will be available immediately via email and on your account dashboard. If you decide to upgrade to a Hard Copy of the book, please allow up to a week to process and mail this to you.
There is a small deposit due for your ad to get you started with your Seller Account.
After your deposit has been processed, you will be directed to your account setup page. Please fill out all of the necessary contact information and save. Then you'll be automatically logged into your account where the book is available to download and where you can start your Property Ad.
