- Line up your real estate attorney
- Respond to inquiries and set up walk-throughs
- Review offers, accept, sign purchase and sales agreement, set closing and continue with your real estate attorney for final paperwork.
- Once you accept an offer, update your ad with "Under Contract" with additional information
